Facilitated Learning is committed to inclusion and equality in principle and action. We work towards an anti-discriminatory environment, recognizing that unfair treatment can be direct or indirect and take place at both institutional and personal levels. We believe that such treatment is unacceptable and we are committed to doing our part eliminate it and confront it if it arises. We organize our own conduct around two standards: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the laws enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of the United States of America.

We consider the life cycle of supplies and materials we use in our work, and continue to look for ways we can practice wise resource management, conservation of limited resources, reuse and recycling of materials, and electronic rather than print whenever possible.
